Dr. Han was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 2022, he joined Dr. Li’s research group after completing his PhD degree at Shandong University.

During his doctoral studies, his research focused on scenario-based investigations aimed at enhancing evaluation and design support technologies for navigation safety and cognitive interaction among on-duty crew members. His work covered a range of interdisciplinary areas, including human factors, human state assessment (e.g., fatigue, emotional states, stress, and workload), cognitive modeling, human–computer interaction, decision analysis, and performance-influencing factor analysis.
